A theater, music and light spectacular presented by Alf Mahlo and his friends. The central character is Artemis, goddess of the hunt, who, with her retinue, descends onto Moritzburg every one thousand years. Full of surprises and fabulous entertainment on water and on land.
Albrechtsburg castle Meissen
White gold

300 years of the legend of the Meissen manufactory: Albrechtsburg castle as a porcelain palace. In its anniversary year 2010, Albrechtsburg castle gleams once again in the splendor of »white gold«. At the historical location, unique testimonials tell stories of the efforts and artistic achievements of the now »invisible manufactory «. Selected works of early Meissen porcelain return to where they were created.
Dresdnen Zwinger
Herkules' gold - 300 years of »L‘Orangerie Royale de Dresden«

Orange and sour orange trees were a symbol of position and power. They could be compared to gemstone and jewel collection and they showed luck and happiness. More than one thousand of these beautiful plants decorated the Dresden Zwinger in the 18th century; more than four thousand were arranged in the royal Saxon gardens. The »orange fever« of Augustus the Strong is brought back to life by this exhibition, as well as the antique myth of the golden apples in Baroque times.

border changes | 550 years Peace of Eger 1459

The special exhibition for the 550th anniversary of the establishment of the frontier between Saxony and Bohemia in 2009, which is one of the oldest and most stable frontiers in Europe. The cross-border project with the Decin castle (Czech Republic) shows linking and separating aspects, as well as the mutual inspiration of culture and society.
